**WOOD CARE**
\- Dust frequently with a clean, damp, lint-free cloth. This will help prevent abrasive buildup which could damage the finish over time.
\- Occasionally, use a light application of high quality furniture polish to enhance the beauty of the finish. Avoid using oil polishes or waxes.
\- Do not place hot objects directly on the surface, always use a table protector. Solid wood provide added scratch and heat resistance to the furniture, but it can still be damaged without proper care.
\- Avoid exposing the furniture to direct sunlight, heat outlet, open windows or dampness. Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight can fade the finish of the furniture, while extreme temperature and humidity changes can causecracking or splitting.
\- Remove stains immediately after spillage.
\- Leave a gap of approximately 25mm between the wall and the the furniture. This will allow air flow and keep the wood at a more stable temperature and humidity, helping to prolong its life.

**FABRIC CARE**
\- Avoid placing fabric furniture in direct sunlight. Dark fabrics and natural fibres are most susceptible to fading.
\- An annual professional cleaning will keep the fabric furniture looking its best.
\- Clean any spills or stains as soon as possible. Spills, stains and marks are not cleaned within a few hours can
become permanent.
\- Use a super-absorbent cloth to soak up spills. Avoid rubbing or dabbing as it will make liquid penetrate further
into fibres.
\- Use only fabric cleaners designed for fabric to protect and maximise the life of fabric.
\- Avoid vigorous rubbing and never soak the fabric, working from the outer edge to the centre of the stain.
\- Use a hair dryer on the lowest heat setting to evenly dry the fabric and prevent moisture rings
